We are currently seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent engineering graduate to support our global operations and grow within an international company.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• A solid understanding of engineering principles (a degree in a relevant field is preferred).
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems is advantageous.
• Familiarity with SAP software is desirable, though not essential.

• Collaborate with internal departments including technical, product development, service, production, and sales.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including customers and service engineers.
