ABOUT US:

Khantech is an IT startup dedicated to redefining the iGaming experience with cutting-edge technology and creative solutions.
We are a team of Engineers, Designers, and gaming enthusiasts working remotely within Europe and Asia or in-house in our UAE/Dubai premises.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Strong experience in system administration for SaaS platforms
  • Proficiency in access and identity management tools
  • Familiarity with configuration and monitoring tools for IT operations
  • Knowledge of security best practices for employee access and data protection
  • Strong troubleshooting and support skills for employee systems

KNOWLEDGE OF THE FOLLOWING SOFTWARE:

  • Familiarity with cloud services (Google Workspace & Cloud, Intercom, Cloudflare, etc.)
  • Knowledge of automation for routine tasks (Make, AirTable)
  • Experience with remote work tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack, etc.)
  • Security-related management tools (1password, Okta, etc.)
  • Experience with VPN access management (Firezone, OpenVPN)
Responsibilities
  • Configure and maintain company tools and software to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Manage access controls, ensuring the right team members have appropriate levels of access to systems and data.
  • Oversee system administration tasks, including software updates, troubleshooting, and monitoring.
  • Maintain organization security handling user onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with different teams to automate workflows, optimize processes and meet support needs.
