JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide technical support to the Technical team in their daily operations.
• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of technical documentation and records.
• Manage customer complaints.
• Complete and collate accurate technical compliance reports
• Support with allergen and nutritional data verification.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company protocols in all technical activities.
• Maintain and update technical databases and systems for accurate record-keeping.
• Provide administrative support to managers within the department.
