TECHNICAL ASSISTANT (TEMPORARY) - GLENFIELD

Grahams the Family Dairy currently have an excellent opportunity for a Temporary Technical Assistant to join our team at the Glenfield site in Cowdenbeath. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in a technical role within the food industry,
Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will support the daily technical operations of the site and will play a key role in maintaining quality standards and supporting product development.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

While previous experience in a technical role within the food industry is desirable, full training will be provided. Key attributes include:
· Strong attention to detail.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· A degree in Food Science, Food Manufacturing, or a related discipline (or equivalent).
· Level 2 HACCP certification is beneficial.

· Maintain and update the Quality Management System, including supplier approval documentation and internal audits.
· Provide technical information to customers and internal teams to support specification completion.
· Participate in and lead traceability exercises.
· Support the launch of new products.
· Active involvement in 3rd party audits.
