Model: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite p/w) Scope: Fully Employed Salary: £38K - £45K per Anum Location: Stevenage Responsibilities: Plan, research, and produce high‑quality technical documentation with a focus on S1000D‑structured content and material written in Simplified Technical English (STE) Work closely with engineers, project leads, and subject matter experts to collect, verify, and clarify detailed technical information Convert engineering details into clear, accurate, and user‑oriented documentation for operators, technicians, and maintenance personnel Oversee version control and documentation updates throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with engineering changes and releases 3+ years working experience producing aerospace documentation Simplified Technical English (STE) BSc or HNC/HND in Engineering, Technical Communication, or a related discipline - an advantage English - Mother Tongue Level Familiarity with industry‑standard authoring tools such as Arbortext Editor, Adobe FrameMaker Prior experience documenting Ground Based Air Defense systems - an advantage Please note candidates will be required to undergo UK Security Vetting before they can be appointed.
