We’re looking for a Technical Business Analyst - MarTech to play a pivotal role in bringing our personalisation strategy to life. Positioned at the intersection of marketing, business, and technology, this role is all about shaping the end-user experience and ensuring your work delivers measurable impact in market.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the holistic requirements that will deliver our best-in-class MarTech stack including Adobe RT-CDP, personalisation engines, experience and experimentation capabilities and an AI-driven content supply chain
  • Partner with marketing teams to translate use cases into clear business and technical requirements that sequence our pipelines for delivery
  • Map data flows and customer journeys, ensuring they align with use cases, business requirements and personalisation strategies
  • Collaborate with Tech Leads and Engineers to design solutions that are not just possible, but powerful
  • Document current and future-state MarTech processes, spotting gaps and opportunities
  • Support UAT - defining test cases, catching edge cases, and making sure the experience works as intended
