ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

As a Technical Business Analyst supporting our Signature Bank Platform, you will perform detailed requirements analysis, process documentation, and conduct user acceptance testing to ensure our solutions meet client needs. The role requires an analytical mindset to evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and develop optimized solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, providing leadership and guidance to junior staff.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

• Collaborate with Financial Institution clients to define and document software requirements and customization requests specific to the Signature application
• Analyze and troubleshoot Signature-related issues, coordinating with development, QA, and product teams to implement effective solutions
• Develop detailed business requirements and programming specifications to support enhancements and customizations
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Signature Core during development phases, mentoring team members and ensuring alignment with client needs
• Validate Signature core functionality through testing and support clients with installation, configuration, and deployment
• Contribute to continuous improvement by enhancing documentation and streamlining processes related to Signature implementations
