Description

Procom is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst – ADA Compliance to support accessibility compliance efforts across digital assets, internal systems, communications, and facilities. This role plays a key part in ensuring that all customer- and employee-facing platforms meet the standards of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title II and WCAG 2.1 guidelines.
The analyst will work collaboratively with business and technical teams to document, track, and guide accessibility initiatives, while serving as a bridge between stakeholders, product teams, and compliance personnel.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in an IT environment
  • Familiarity with ADA compliance standards and WCAG 2.1 guidelines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and SQL
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally with multiple business units and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills, including process flow design and business requirements writing
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and understand business operations
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Accessibility and Usability team and ADA Coordinator to assess compliance risks and prioritize remediation efforts
  • Gather and analyze business and technical requirements related to accessibility and usability across various departments
  • Document current processes and recommend improvements to enhance accessibility and user experience
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, UX, and compliance leads to ensure implementation of accessibility standards
  • Monitor and track ADA-related initiatives and report on progress to leadership
  • Provide technical insights and recommendations based on WCAG 2.1 and ADA Title II standards
  • Support both Agile and Waterfall methodologies depending on project scope
