Responsibilities

As the Technical Business Analyst within the OneSKY Program, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business operations and complex technical delivery. Reporting to the Systems of Systems Integration Lead, you will work closely with both lead engineers and business stakeholders to analyse, plan, and support the integration of 37 systems across 3 Projects in the Program. Your focus will be on ensuring that the integration model not only delivers the intended business process outcomes but also enables future capability and service uplift.
This is a unique opportunity to flex your previous change integration expertise in addition to you in deep Business Analysis capability—supporting tech rollout readiness, stakeholder alignment, and service integration. This position involves the development of requirements and bridges the gap between business process stakeholders and technical delivery in a complex technology environment
The OneSKY Australia Program is responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of Airservices next generation services including the future Civil-Military Air Traffic Management System (CMATS) through the Program – a joint activity with the Department of Defence.
