As a Technical Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in bridging the gap between business and technology. Your work ensures that teams can deliver scalable, compliant, and efficient mortgage solutions. You’ll dive deep into complex processes, gather requirements, and partner with both business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver solutions that drive real impact across AFR.

️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
• Serve as the bridge between Encompass and Technology Solutions teams (placement determined during the interview process).
• Perform deep-dive analysis to uncover root issues, propose solutions, and support delivery teams.
• Conduct testing, build demos, and validate solutions to ensure high quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, adding value where needed.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and executives, ensuring alignment and transparency.
• Support large projects, including system integrations and process improvements.
• Maintain clear documentation and ensure adherence to processes and standards.
