Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a Technical Business Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in delivering end-to-end technical business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and service design across projects and initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups within Australian Retirement Trust (ART). This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical architecture solutions, ensuring outcomes are aligned with strategic objectives.

Day to day, you’ll:

  • Lead the analysis and resolution of complex business problems using structured elicitation techniques.
  • Define, plan, build, and support solutions that address customer and business requirements from both technical and digital perspectives.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable solution requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business units, technology teams, and architecture functions.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure services and technical specifications.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Facilitate effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Anticipate and assess risks and issues in terms of strategic business impacts.
  • Apply structured processes and best practice business analysis methodologies.
  • Work with Architecture and Business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of technical solutions.

This role is a permanent opportunity.
