RESPONSIBILITIES Translate business needs into detailed, implementation-ready technical requirements. Partner with engineering teams to shape solution design and system behavior. Produce high-quality artifacts including functional specifications, data flows, and use cases. Break down complex workflows into clear, structured documentation. Ensure requirements are complete, traceable, and aligned to delivery outcomes. Support testing cycles and ensure solutions meet business and technical expectations. REQUIREMENTS Experience as a Technical Business Analyst in IT or software projects. Strong understanding of SDLC and system delivery processes. Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams. Experience creating structured documentation for development teams.
