The role is responsible for gathering, analysing, and documenting business and technical requirements, ensuring the required solutions are aligned with business outcomes, CT/Customers architectural standards, and are practical/feasible. The TBA will work closely with customers developers, solution architects, and project managers to ensure requirements and business benefits are tracked from gathering and agreement through delivery cycle and sprints to final show cases. What you'll do: Facilitate workshops, interviews and stakeholder engagements to elicit, analyse and document business and technical requirements. Develop detailed and consistent technical specifications across key domains including data, reporting, integrations and system configuration. Analyse business processes, data flows and system interactions to identify gaps, risks and improvement opportunities. Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and aligned with business objectives. Support solution design activities by working closely with architects, developers and technical leads to deliver customer-centric outcomes. Conduct walkthroughs and validation sessions to obtain stakeholder approval of requirements and deliverables. Support data-related activities including data mapping, migration, integration and quality analysis across multiple systems. Assist in the implementation of best practices across development, system integration and testing processes. Work with testing teams to define validation criteria and ensure solutions meet defined technical and business requirements. Provide ongoing business analysis support throughout the project lifecycle, including design, build, testing, implementation and transition to business-as-usual. What you'll bring: Demonstrated experience in technical business analysis, including capturing detailed technical specifications for data, integrations, reporting and system configuration. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret and communicate complex information across diverse stakeholders. Experience working on large-scale transformation programs or complex ICT projects within structured delivery environments. Proven ability to engage effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors and executive stakeholders. Strong understanding of data and integration concepts including data structures, mapping, migration, APIs and system interactions. Experience performing impact analysis and problem solving across multiple systems and technical environments. Knowledge of SQL Server and experience with T-SQL, ETL processes, data quality analysis and associated tools such as SSIS is highly desirable. Experience working with system implementation or replacement projects, particularly involving COTS solutions, is advantageous. Familiarity with release management processes, including change requests, impact assessments and deployment cycles, is desirable. Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence is beneficial. Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT, computer science, software engineering or business analysis, or equivalent experience.
