Description

JOIN CENTORRINO TECHNOLOGIES: INNOVATE, GROW, AND THRIVE WITH US!

At Centorrino Technologies (CT), we’re more than just tech—we’re a community that goes beyond expectations. We’ve been recognised as a Great Place to Work in 2024-2025 and one of the Best Places to Work Medium & Large Size in Australia for 2025, with an outstanding eNPS score of 68. And we’re not stopping there. We’re on a mission to redefine the customer experience, and we need a passionate Technical Business Analyst to join our Professional Services team in Australia.
The Technical Business Analyst (TBA) acts as the bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery team. The role is responsible for gathering, analysing, and documenting business and technical requirements, ensuring the required solutions are aligned with business outcomes, CT/Customers architectural standards, and are practical/feasible. The TBA will work closely with customers developers, solution architects, and project managers to ensure requirements and business benefits are tracked from gathering and agreement through delivery cycle and sprints to final show cases.

Responsibilities
  • Engage stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document business and technical requirements.
  • Analyse business processes and translate them into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with clients, developers, architects, and engineers throughout the SDLC to validate solutions and ensure feasibility.
  • Produce key artefacts such as process maps, data flows, sequence diagrams, and system/interface specifications.
  • Ensure requirements traceability and support delivery across Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Work with QA and business stakeholders on acceptance criteria, testing, and UAT.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and walkthroughs to align stakeholders and drive consensus.
  • Perform system and data analysis, including APIs, integration points, data mapping, and transformation activities.
  • Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and business audiences.
