Were expanding our Brisbane team and are on the lookout for a Technical Business Analyst to join us in delivering impactful transformation and identity projects across our utilities and mining clients. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your consulting skills while working with a highly experienced team, enhancing systems and services that support Australias critical infrastructure.

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with users to define business requirements, assess system gaps, and develop effective solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with client and supplier stakeholders to understand business needs and support smooth delivery
Evaluate and recommend hardware and software solutions aligned with project goals and technical standards
Ensure system designs meet security, compliance, and performance requirements
Provide operational support through system and data analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Develop and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation to support implementation and ongoing use

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst within the ICT sector
A strong technical foundation or a genuine interest in emerging technologies, particularly in systems integration and digital transformation
Excellent interpersonal and consulting skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels
Experience facilitating client workshops and interviews, as well as producing high-quality technical documentation, including business cases, UML diagrams, and entity relationship diagrams
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a proactive and investigative mindset
An understanding of cybersecurity domains (such as IAM, PKI, EDR) and Agile project delivery is highly regarded
