Join our Data and Digital product team within the Risk Management Group where you will work with data, reporting, automation, and Gen AI tools to support ongoing technology transformation across risk management.

What role will you play?
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will work across a range of technologies and platforms including PowerBI, Power Automate, AWS and OpenAI /ChatGPT. You will work with business and technology stakeholders to understand and document both technical and non-technical requirements. In addition, you will also be providing user support and guidance, enabling adoption of new tools to drive better risk management outcomes.
What you offer
Experience with developing detailed requirements and documentation including user stories, process maps, data flows and test scriptsExperience with coding (R, SQL or Java) or workflow optimisation tools such as Unqork is ideal.
