Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the ServiceNow platform team, translating business and user requirements into clear, actionable work instructions and platform functionality
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate understanding of requirements, address questions, and align solutions with stakeholder expectations
  • Support testing and validation efforts, including user acceptance testing, to ensure ServiceNow solutions meet quality standards and business needs
  • Contribute to user experience and interface improvements, providing input to enhance usability and drive user adoption
  • Assist with organizational change management by supporting stakeholder communication, training documentation, and adoption planning for new ServiceNow features
