What Is the Role?
As a Technical Business Analyst at Wealth Dynamix, you will bridge the gap between clients and internal development teams. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, gathering business requirements, and ensuring the successful delivery of digital transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing project expectations and relationships.
  • Serve as a liaison between Wealth Dynamix and our clients, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.

Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering:

  • Collaborate with the consulting team to gather, document, and manage business requirements from clients.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, managing the Product Backlog for client projects.
  • Support the formulation of business cases and benefits realization to ensure project value.

Sprint & Development Management:

  • Lead high-level and detailed Sprint Planning sessions with development teams.
  • Work closely with developers to deliver software solutions that align with client needs.
  • Define, execute, and manage testing phases to ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.

Client-Facing Sessions & Go-Live Support:

  • Facilitate client-facing sessions, including sprint playbacks, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and go-live support.
  • Support existing clients by providing expert product knowledge and advice.

Process Adherence:

  • Work with delivery and development teams to ensure core product development processes are followed.
  • Ensure the security of systems, data, and people by following company security policies, reporting vulnerabilities, and maintaining a secure work environment across all settings.

Who We’re Looking For.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies for software development.
  • Minimum of 2/3 years’ experience in business analysis, including strategic analysis and benefits realization.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leaders.
  • Familiarity with the Wealth Management, Banking, or FinTech sector.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (2013/2015/2016 or 365), including customization and integration.
  • Technical proficiency with software development processes.
  • Experience with system Integrations
