JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join a fast-growing, award-winning FinTech firm delivering cutting-edge digital transformation to the Wealth Management sector.
In this role, you’ll be working at the intersection of technology, product, and client engagement — helping to shape and deliver innovative Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions used by top-tier private banks and wealth managers.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Analysis (ideally in FinTech, WealthTech, or Banking).
  • Proven experience working within Agile/SCRUM environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (2013/2015/2016 or 365), including customisation and integration.
  • Experience in system integration and software development lifecycles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including senior leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Must be UK-based with the right to work in the UK.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead the analysis, documentation, and validation of complex business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into user stories and manage the product backlog.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives with Agile teams.
  • Oversee testing and quality assurance phases, including UAT and go-live support.
  • Collaborate with development teams to deliver tailored Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, ensuring maximum value for clients.
  • Ensure best practices and secure development processes are followed at all times.
