Essential Functions and Principal Accountabilities: Role Responsibility/Time Quality Assurance and Troubleshooting - 60% Requirements, scope and estimates - 20% Internal and external partnerships - 10% Project coordination - 5% Development and growth - 5% Under direct supervision, assist in supporting multiple projects and systems by performing basic troubleshooting and data analysis. Conduct thorough testing and provide quality assurance support for both existing and newly developed systems. Monitor production system and processes proactively to identify potential issues. Identify and escalate issues according to escalation processes. Track and manage the status of issues using workflow and ticketing systems. Support the tracking and maintenance of requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Assist in gathering, compiling and documenting user requirements to support solution development. Act as a liaison between systems development teams and business users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction. Communicate effectively with leaders, project sponsors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Assist in planning, scheduling and tracking project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Provide on-call support when necessary to support business objectives. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Required (for Technical Business Analyst I) Associate Degree in business, management, information systems, or related field or equivalent experience. Ability to understand technical systems development life cycle. Familiarity with requirements development for business or technical projects preferred. Willingness to learn project management techniques, requirement analysis, and business process improvement methodologies. Ability to build relationships and influence people across organizational and functional lines. Ability to learn data models and data querying methods such as SQL. 0-1 years of insurance industry experience. 0-1 years of experience testing custom software applications. 0-1 years of experience developing requirements for custom software applications. Preferred (for Technical Business Analyst I) Bachelor’s Degree in business, management, information systems, or related field or equivalent work experience. Experience in project coordination and requirements gathering. Demonstrated ability to achieve business objectives of multiple complex projects or priorities.
