Job Description Join our Group Finance IT team as a Systems Analyst and help shape the future of our technology landscape. You’ll work collaboratively across teams to analyse business requirements, design solutions, and drive improvements that make a real impact. What you’ll be doing: Analysing business requirements and translating them into robust technical specifications Developing models and artefacts to define current and future system states Applying best-practice analysis techniques to assess feasibility and root causes Building a deep understanding of systems, processes, and data across business areas Following the systems development lifecycle and maintaining traceability throughout projects Communicating effectively and providing timely management information Identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency through technology Ensuring application quality to deliver excellent customer experiences Qualifications Who we’re looking for: Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile/Waterfall methodologies Proficiency in systems analysis techniques such as process modelling and data modelling Experience delivering high-quality analysis in complex, multi-platform environments Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Skilled in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Power BI, and SharePoint A proactive approach to continuous improvement and staying current with technology trends Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
