We’re looking for a driven and detail-loving Technical Business Analyst to join our Retail Finance Change team.
This is your chance to be at the heart of high-impact change - bridging the gap between business needs and technology.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Retail Finance to gather and translate requirements and support the development of Python based models and automation tools that drive operational efficiency and control.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Day to day you will:

  • Act as a liaison between Finance teams and developers to ensure alignment and clarity throughout delivery.
  • Collaborate with business units to gather, document & validate functional and technical requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for development teams.
  • Work closely with developers to translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications, particularly for Python-based tools and models.
  • Analyse existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.
  • Create and maintain high-quality documentation including process maps, data dictionaries, project scopes and technical specifications.
  • Co-ordinate the timely delivery of governance related activities and ensure compliance with internal standards and documentation requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings and presentation to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Support full project lifecycle, including user acceptance testing (UAT), training and post-implementation reviews.
  • Support project delivery by coordinating with developers, testers and business users.
