Join our Personal Technology Automation team and help us empower our business staff and engineering teams through our key products of end-user apps life-cycle management and device chain of custody automation.
Our team own key infrastructure and a portfolio of custom-built APIs and automation that empowers Macquarie to ensure every staff member has the right device and applications to perform their daily work actions.

What role will you play?
As a Technical Business Analyst in the Personal Technology team, you will play a pivotal role in working with our Product Owner and key stakeholders to manage our end-user applications portfolio, ensuring that our staff have the apps and tools they need to succeed.
You will be at the forefront of delivering critical data and insights on the state and performance of our end-user devices, including laptops and mobiles, as well as the applications running on them. Your analysis and reporting will empower senior management to make informed decisions that enhance the user experience for our entire workforce.
