Further information can be found at www.man.com * As at 30 September 2025 Role Summary We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business users and software engineering teams, with a primary focus on IBM OpenPages and related Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) platforms. GRC platforms enable organisations to manage regulatory requirements, enterprise risks, and internal policies through integrated workflows and reporting. You will gather and understand business requirements, translate these into clear technical specifications, and support the ongoing administration and enhancement of our risk management tooling. The role will primarily support our Operational and Third Party Risk Management functions, working on tools that facilitate risk identification, assessment, control testing, incident management, and regulatory reporting. Role Responsibilities Perform administrative tasks on GRC platforms (primarily IBM OpenPages), including: Provisioning user access and roles Configuring workflows and business rules Managing reporting and dashboard requirements Capture business requirements and convert them into technical specifications Build and document process flows to support platform configuration and change management Produce documentation including data flows, API requirements, and system designs Collaborate with software engineers on solution design and feasibility Communicate effectively between non-technical stakeholders and development teams Support testing and validation of platform changes Support AI enablement initiatives, including integration with AI platforms and designing AI-first workflows to enhance GRC processes Key Competencies Essential 3+ years' experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Systems Analyst Strong understanding of software development principles and APIs Ability to write clear, actionable technical specifications SQL proficiency and familiarity with system integrations Experience building and documenting process flows Excellent communication skills across technical and business audiences Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) principles Nice to have Experience with IBM OpenPages or similar GRC platforms Working knowledge of Power Automate or similar workflow automation tools Python scripting Familiarity with Operational Risk Management concepts and frameworks Inclusion, Work-Life Balance and Benefits at Man Group You'll thrive in our working environment that champions equality of opportunity.
