Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Software Delivery Manager, this role will facilitate the gathering and communication of requirements between stakeholders and the engineering teams. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes and communication of findings. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users. A large part of this role is working with stakeholders to elicit problem statements and detailed requirements and to be able to communicate this to the engineering teams. You will work closely with the QA team to document acceptance criteria.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Work with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Model business processes and workflows.
- Translate functional and business requirements to detailed technical requirements.
- Create and maintain a backlog of user stories for the Engineering team.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to refine and communicate requirements.
- Prepare for and participate in agile refinement sessions.
- Facilitate generation of a shared understanding of outcomes and impacts across a broad audience.
