Job Description
As a Technical Business Analyst at Bilue, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business requirements into actionable solutions. You will be instrumental in shaping product roadmaps, optimising processes, and ensuring seamless collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with technical stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritise requirements, ensuring a logical solution that aligns to project goals and user needs.
  • Agile Product Development: Work closely with product owners, designers, and development teams to define and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlogs in agile sprints.
  • Infrastructure & Mobile Expertise: Analyse solutions and be able to translate technical requirements for infrastructure and mobile, ensuring solutions are scalable, user-friendly, and aligned with best practices.
  • Technical Collaboration: Partner with solution architects, technical leads and developers to clarify requirements, provide input on system design, and resolve any gaps or challenges during implementation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a key point of contact for clients, facilitating workshops, presenting findings, and ensuring high engaged and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimise workflows and improve the efficiency of digital delivery processes, leveraging tools, and methodologies as needed.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain clear, concise documentation, including business requirements, process flows, user journeys, and technical specifications.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify risks and dependencies, developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
