  At Xpert Consulting (trading as Novon) - we are currently, looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our team on a permanent basis and support us in delivering projects that align to our focus areas of Data Advisory, Data Architecture, Data Governance, Data Science and Analytics, Data Migration and Data Integration.

As a Tech BA, you will take end-to-end ownership of your products in a modern DevOps culture. You will have an Agile mindset and keen interest in software engineering across a range of technologies.

REQUIRED SKILL & EXPERIENCE:

• Min 2+ years’ experience working as a Business Analyst
• Banking and finance experience e.g. liquidity, capital, treasury, regulatory reporting, etc.
• Excellent experience in working with stakeholders of different seniority
• Excellent soft skills, both written and verbal
• Bachelors degree in software engineering, data engineering or similar
• Certification in Business Analysis or Project management

• Work with business, technical and project stakeholders to map, analyse and document business processes and requirements
• Facilitate the creation of new future state, streamlined processes using the new technology capabilities
• Ensure compliance with work product and control standards and policies
• Incorporate multiple perspectives, including user experience, risk management, organization change and ongoing operations
• Extend your experience with simple Dataiku and Python to apply to data science workflows
• Embody and promote the Agile values, principles and best delivery methods used to meet business outcomes
• Facilitate effective team ceremonies and workshops.
• Encourage experimentation to fuel innovation.
• Hold up the mirror to the team and yourself to cultivate the growth mindset.
• Teach, coach and support Product Owners, Delivery Team members and the wider community towards becoming better Agile practitioners.
