• Acting as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and Obzervr's technical teams, translating complex business needs into clear specifications and integration designs.
• Facilitating discovery workshops and requirements sessions to elicit, validate and manage functional and non-functional requirements.
• Documenting integration designs, data mappings and interface specifications connecting the Obzervr platform with customer enterprise systems.
• Owning quality assurance end-to-end: test cases, root cause analysis and UAT coordination with client teams.
• Partnering with the Product Team on backlog refinement and prioritisation, feeding customer insights into product planning.
• Applying AI-assisted tools to speed up requirements analysis, documentation and testing - while critically reviewing the outputs.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Proven experience analysing, specifying and delivering system integrations across enterprise platforms - for example ERP or CMMS solutions such as SAP or Pronto.
• Outstanding stakeholder management, communication, facilitation and influencing skills.
• Experience delivering projects in both agile and waterfall environments.
• Comfort using AI-assisted tools in your daily workflow, with an eye for validating outputs.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a collaborative, outcomes-driven approach.
