Our team is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join them. You will report to the General Manager and will have an onsite work schedule in Creedmoor, NC.

To be considered for the Technical Business Analyst opening, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:

  • Experience in a low-volume, high-mix manufacturing environment, preferably aerospace manufacturing with government/DoD client
  • Advanced SQL and Python programming experience
  • Advanced Power BI experience (DAX, M Query, TMDL)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric ecosystem
  • Knowledge of data warehousing (Snowflake preferred)
  • Experience with Kimball Dimensional Modeling techniques
  • Ability to document process flows, business rules, and data validation requirements
  • Experience managing objects through a dev/test/prod DevOps cycle
  • Experience with version control tools like GitHub or Azure Devops
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with data security and compliance (ITAR, CCPA, PII)

Experience with below toolset a bonus:

  • Experience with Epicor or Infor Syteline
  • Experience with dbt
  • Experience building Streamlit apps
  • Experience with Spark
  • Manufacturing ERP systems (Epicor, Infor Syteline)
  • Snowflake
  • Power BI
  • GitHub

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will:

  • Develop datasets, reports, and dashboards to support business processes
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, conduct user acceptance testing, and drive continuous improvement of analytics tools
  • Perform exploratory data analysis on complex business challenges
  • Contribute to data pipelines that clean, transform, and integrate multiple data sources
  • Present data insights through reports, dashboards, and other self-service tools
  • Support end-users, promote data literacy, and enforce data governance standards

Salary Range: $70,000 - $95,000/year, based on experience
