Piper Companies is seeking a Business Analyst to join an established marketing organization. This position is REMOTE (anywhere in the US) and is a 6-month contract with potential to extend. This is a technical BA role, working closely with both business and tech teams on data-focused projects. Preference for strong familiarity with data warehousing concepts, and exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT or data-focused environments.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing technologies and how they support business intelligence and analytics.
• Experience with API integrations.
• Proven experience working within agile frameworks and contributing to iterative project delivery.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of successful cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus.

• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams across 4–5 concurrent IT projects, including data warehouse application builds and Salesforce Marketing Cloud integrations.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support agile project execution by participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, helping teams stay on track and deliver value.
• Collaborate with data engineering and development teams to ensure solutions meet business goals and technical standards.
• Facilitate effective communication and documentation to keep all parties informed and aligned.
