As we continue expanding our capabilities, we’re looking for a Technical Business Analyst to help transform ideas into structured initiatives and rapid prototypes. This role bridges analytical thinking with hands-on execution — helping define scopes, validate opportunities, and leverage AI tools to test concepts before launch. This role is part of our India division and requires full-time availability aligned with the PST timezone. Key Responsibilities Define and document project scopes for internal and client-facing initiatives, including apps, tools, and operational workflows Conduct research and analysis to support strategic and product decisions Evaluate new ideas, opportunities, and concepts, providing structured validation and recommendations Identify and assess appropriate AI tools, platforms, or workflows for solving specific problems. Help create multiple new feature documentations and support project management and teams in execution. Build lightweight prototypes or proof-of-concepts using AI or no-code/low-code tools Test concepts, capture learnings, and report feasibility insights Translate ambiguous ideas into actionable documentation, briefs, or implementation plans Maintain organized documentation, research outputs, and scope definitions Introduce innovative initiatives involving internal tools and AI experimentation Support different teams in getting concepts and/or projects to life. Required Skills & Experience 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar analytical/strategy-focused role Strong structured thinking and ability to turn ideas into clear scopes or plans Comfort working with ambiguity and early-stage concepts Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms would be a huge plus. Ability to build basic working prototypes using no-code or AI-powered tools. Excellent written English communication. Availability aligned with PST timezone.
