Description

ngage business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, operating processes, and desired outcomes.
Plan and facilitate discovery workshops, interviews, process walkthroughs, and requirements-gathering sessions.
Elicit, analyze, document, validate, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
Create business requirements documents, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, process maps, and supporting analysis.
Translate business needs into clear, testable requirements for technical and delivery teams.
Perform current-state and future-state analysis, gap assessment, impact analysis, and process improvement studies.
Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and delivery dependencies.
Work with Technical Leads and Solution Architects to confirm requirement feasibility and alignment with the target solution.
Support UX and service design activities by defining user needs, journeys, personas, pain points, and expected outcomes.
Maintain requirements traceability and manage changes to scope, assumptions, dependencies, and decisions.
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to review test scenarios, support user acceptance testing, and validate delivered functionality.
Support release readiness, stakeholder communications, training inputs, operational handover, and post-implementation review.
