We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join a strategic project focused on developing a new financial subledger system. The goal of the project is to enhance the integration of financial and operational systems, ensuring more efficient data management and financial reporting.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Technical Business Analyst in a large-scale project
Experience in the financial sector, particularly in product control or accounting
Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting systems
Strong analytical and documentation skills for business processes and technical requirements
Experience with system integration and data analysis
Familiarity with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, BPMN)
Knowledge of accounting systems and financial reconciliation is a plus
Ability to work in an international environment and communicate with both technical and business teams
Proficiency in English for effective communication

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., Accounting, Product Control, Trading, IT) to gather and analyze business and technical requirements
  • Document business processes, data flows, and system architecture
  • Support the integration of financial and trading systems, ensuring data consistency and accuracy
  • Develop and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), track issues, and ensure resolution before deployment
  • Assist in configuring and customizing systems to align with business needs
  • Monitor data quality and implement validation rules for accurate financial reporting
  • Support change management by documenting new processes and training users
  • Analyze financial reporting processes for compliance and optimization
  • Work closely with project management teams to track progress and ensure project milestones are met
