We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with the confidence to own complex projects end to end. You will work across the full stack, help replace and modernize legacy functionality, and guide enterprise customers through emerging technologies and data-driven solutions. You should bring both consulting discipline and hands-on technical strength. You should also be comfortable leading client conversations, anticipating risks, and keeping delivery moving in the right direction. This is a role for someone who takes pride in their craft, builds trust quickly, and treats every project like it matters. What You Will Do Client Solution Delivery Translate business needs into clear technical requirements across full-stack environments Support modernization efforts, including replacing and improving legacy systems Work across data, integration, cloud, and application layers to shape workable solutions Partner with project managers, architects, and engineers to execute against plan Identify risks early, offer practical options, and help clients make informed decisions Look for improvement opportunities in delivery, tooling, documentation, and process What You Need Consulting and Delivery Experience 2+ years in management consulting, ideally supporting Fortune 500 clients 3+ years as a Business Analyst or 2+ years as a Project Manager or similar role Hands-on experience managing small to large projects across business and technical teams Strong client-facing communication skills, written and verbal Proven experience facilitating workshops, clarifying requirements, and driving decisions Experience managing a project portfolio and using a PPM tool for visibility and reporting Technical Strength Comfortable analyzing and communicating across the full stack Working understanding of databases, file structures, scripting, APIs, integration tools, BI tools, and cloud platforms Ability to break down technical problems and connect them to business outcomes Experience with system replacement, modernization efforts, and data-driven transformations Understanding of statistical and analytical modeling Tools and Methodologies Proficient in Office 365 (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Outlook, SharePoint, OneNote) Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall lifecycles Microsoft certifications and Agile certifications strongly preferred, but not needed Understanding of modern software development practices, including Agile Scrum Core Competencies Analytical thinking, problem solving, communication, teamwork, dependability, innovation, motivation, and a clear commitment to quality.
