Description:
As a Technical Business Analyst – Transfer Agent, your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that streamline fund distribution processes using advanced technologies. Here’s what your daily responsibilities will look like:
TECHNICAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Education: A degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services sector, with a focus on transfer agent processes.
- Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of fund distribution operations and transfer agent workflows, including specific knowledge of Private Equity Real Estate, and debt funds.
- Technical Knowledge: Practical experience or knowledge of advanced technologies and their applications in the financial sector.
NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS
- Blockchain & Tokenization: Hands-on experience with blockchain platforms or tokenization solutions.
- Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements within fund distribution (AML, KYC, FATCA, AIFMD, etc.).
- Process Automation: Experience in automation tools and process optimization to enhance operational efficiency.
