Triage Partners is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our WipIT product team. In this role, you’ll work directly with our enterprise customers to design, configure, and optimize their WipIT instance. You will be the bridge between customer needs and our product capabilities, ensuring each implementation delivers measurable value.

What You’ll Do
- Lead customer workshops to gather requirements and map business processes into WipIT workflows
- Design and configure optimal WipIT solutions that align with customer objectives
- Identify solution gaps and work with the development team to define enhancements or customizations
- Participate in sales calls to demonstrate WipIT to prospective customers and provide subject matter expertise
- Represent Triage Partners at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
- Deliver high-level customer support, helping to meet or exceed our SLAs
- Proactively identify workflow misconfigurations and guide customers toward best-practice solutions
- Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring long-term customer success with WipIT
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minor (or equivalent coursework) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline preferred
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Implementation Specialist, or similar role in SaaS, enterprise software, or consulting environments
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, comfortable running workshops, giving presentations, and engaging with executives and technical teams
- Ability to quickly understand complex workflows and translate them into system configurations
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 100% to customer sites, trade shows, and events
Nice to Have
- JavaScript or other coding skills. While not required, this is highly valuable for unlocking advanced WipIT functionality
- Consulting background, particularly in process design or enterprise software implementations
- Experience in supply chain, warehouse management, or contracts logistics verticals
