OVERVIEW

The InK Product Group supports Deloitte’s global Audit & Assurance (A&A) quality and transformation initiatives. Our mission is to deliver readily accessible, digitized, and relevant content to more than 70,000 A&A practitioners worldwide.
We are seeking a Technical Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our Agile product team. This individual will collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, and subject matter experts to support the management and implementation of products within Deloitte’s componentized content management ecosystem.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Technical Business Systems Analyst, ideally within a Big Four or audit/assurance context.
  • Hands-on experience with content management systems and authoring tools (RWS Tridion Docs, Adobe, DITA Open Toolkit, WordPress).
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps/Jira, data analytics, Excel, and AI concepts (chatbots, prompt engineering).
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in cross-functional product teams.
  • Excellent facilitation, requirements elicitation, and communication skills.
  • Prior experience with content management systems in Audit/Assurance is highly preferred.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • This is a contingent role through Deloitte Global Services Ltd.
  • Candidates must be located in the GTA/Toronto area and available for occasional in-office collaboration.
  • Estimated 40 hours per week; 8 hours per day.

Responsibilities
  • Requirements Gathering: Elicit, document, and manage complex business and technical requirements; maintain product backlog.
  • Content Management: Work with Component Content Management Systems (CCMS), APIs, Azure pipelines/builds, and authoring tools such as DITA Open Toolkit, Tridion Docs, Adobe, or WordPress.
