Job Title: Technical Business Systems Analyst (BSA) – Data Management
Job Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Technical Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with expertise in Data Management, SQL, Master Data Management (MDM), and ETL processes. This role is crucial for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, particularly within our Data and Analytics Team at Thomson Reuters. You will be instrumental in translating complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications, supporting our global Master Data Management platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Translation: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into precise technical data requirements for the development and enhancement of MDM solutions.
• MDM Support: Support and maintain global Master Data Management platforms, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and reliability across all customer, contact, user, vendor, and partner data.
• Data Management Expertise: Leverage your knowledge in SQL, ETL processes, and various MDM tools to manage data effectively across global platforms.
• Tool Utilization: Work hands-on with MDM tools such as Informatica, Enterworks Acquisition, Boomi, Semarchy xDM, and Datactics to ensure high data quality and seamless data integration.
• Data Quality Assurance: Monitor and enhance data quality across platforms, employing tools and processes that uphold data integrity and accuracy.
• Transformation Programs: Participate in data transformation programs, driving efficiency and effectiveness in how data is managed, processed, and utilized globally.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Proficiency:
• Strong experience with SQL and ETL processes.
• Proficiency with MDM tools such as Informatica, Enterworks Acquisition, Boomi, Semarchy xDM, and Datactics.
• Business Analysis: Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into detailed technical data requirements.
• Data Management: Extensive experience in managing master data, with a focus on ensuring data quality and integrity across global platforms.
• Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across different regions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data quality management and data governance.
• Familiarity with global data management standards and practices.
• Previous experience working within large, multinational organizations, particularly in data-intensive roles.
