This role is perfect for someone passionate about home fragrance and teaching others how to create their own products. You’ll use your technical expertise to make candles, wax melts, room sprays, and other home fragrance items while also producing educational content — from step-by-step guides to videos — to help our customers confidently use our products.
This role blends hands-on making, regulatory compliance, and customer education to support our growing online candle supplies business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct burn tests to showcase correct wick selection, safety, and performance.
  • Maintain accurate testing records and documentation for customer reference.
  • Customer Education
  • Create written guides, recipes, and troubleshooting tips for beginners and hobbyists.
  • Produce and appear in engaging tutorial videos and product demonstrations for our website, social media, and marketing campaigns.
  • Provide technical advice to customers via email, website content, and occasionally in person.
  • Compliance & Safety
  • Ensure all demonstrations and guides comply with CLP labelling requirements, IFRA standards, and (ideally) UFI guidance.
  • Translate compliance knowledge into clear, beginner-friendly instructions for customers.
  • Website & Content Support
  • Assist with adding educational resources, product listings, and blog posts to our e-commerce website.
  • Work with the marketing team to ensure educational content supports product launches and seasonal campaigns.
  • Collaboration
  • Liaise with marketing to develop content calendars for tutorials, tips, and seasonal making ideas.
