• Coordinate with stakeholders to communicate change intent, impact, and risk
• Schedule and document changes in the official change calendar
• Prepare and distribute technical change plans and readiness steps
• Monitor change execution, validate implementation, and manage escalations
• Support post-implementation reviews to drive continuous improvement
