Role Purpose The Technical Chef for Thailand will drive culinary innovation, technical support, and customer engagement within the Thai market. This role combines hands-on culinary expertise with strong commercial understanding to promote Flora Food Group’s dairy-free portfolio, support product development, and deliver impactful culinary solutions for food service and HoReCa customers. Key Responsibilities 1. Culinary Innovation & Product Application Conduct product demonstrations, menu development, and culinary showcases for customers and internal teams. Collaborate with R&D and global culinary teams to test and optimize product performance for Thai cuisine and food service applications. Provide technical expertise to ensure successful implementation of Flora Food Group products in diverse culinary settings. 2. Customer Engagement & Sales Support Partner with sales teams to convert customers to Flora Food Group’s dairy-free portfolio. Deliver training sessions and workshops for chefs, distributors, and food service operators. Design tailored menu solutions for key accounts to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. 3. Training & Content Development Create culinary content for marketing campaigns, including recipe videos, social media tutorials, and product application guides. Conduct internal training to upskill sales and marketing teams on product applications and industry trends. 4. Market Insights & Innovation Monitor Thai food service trends, sustainability initiatives, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy. Identify new culinary opportunities and contribute to strategic projects that enhance market penetration. Qualifications & Experience Professional culinary background with experience in high-end kitchens, food development, or corporate chef roles. Strong technical knowledge of food innovation, FMCG product development, and customized culinary solutions. Proven experience in training chefs and food service professionals. Understanding of food service operations and commercial decision-making. Expertise in recipe development, food styling, and content creation. Experience with plant-based or dairy-free products (preferred). Ability to travel extensively within Thailand. Key Competencies Culinary creativity and technical precision.
