What will you be doing?

Handling complex claimsOwn more complex, high-value and technically challenging claims from notification through to settlement
Assess policy coverage, liability, quantum and overall claims strategy
Review reserves, indemnity decisions and settlement outcomes
Identify potential fraud, coverage concerns and claims requiring escalation
Ensure claims are handled fairly and consistently in line with FCA requirements and insurer mandate
