WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Technical Claims Lead at Aspen, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating and processing claims estimates and paid claims values. You will utilise your analytical skills to drive continuous improvement within the company. Your ability to build effective tools, processes, and governance will be crucial in minimising regulatory, legal, and operational risk. You will also be responsible for delivering accurate reports to the claim’s management and leadership team. Furthermore, you will act as a key liaison person regarding designated claims portfolio with various teams including Underwriters, Risk, Compliance, Finance and Actuarial.

• Evaluate and process claims estimates and paid claims values accurately and timely
• Drive continuous improvement through the use of analytics and insights
• Build effective tools, processes, and governance to minimise regulatory, legal, and operational risk
• Deliver accurate and timely reporting to the claim’s management and leadership
• Act as a key liaison person regarding designated claims portfolio with Underwriters, Risk, Compliance, Finance and Actuarial teams
• Support the implementation of the group claims strategy to enable delivery of overall business targets

The ideal candidate for the Technical Claims Lead position at Aspen brings extensive knowledge of property technical claims handling in a highly regulated environment.
