Job Description

You will support our sales team in the Environment & Energy division with the following tasks:

  • Processing telephone and written customer enquiries
  • Order entry and support
  • Technical customer advice
  • Designing and calculating pumps and accessories
  • Preparing individual, customized quotations and following them up
  • Negotiation of offers within the scope of decision-making authority
  • Support and expansion of the existing customer base
  • Close cooperation with sales representatives, subsidiaries, agencies and internal departments
  • Competition and market observation with corresponding reporting
  • Participation in trade fairs

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Successfully completed training with a technical background, further training as a master craftsman, technician or bachelor is an advantage
  • Professional experience in an international industrial company desirable
  • High affinity, understanding and interest in the technology of products requiring explanation
  • Ideally knowledge of the structure and function of positive displacement pumps
  • Independent and responsible way of working
  • Quick comprehension and high resilience combined with a high level of commitment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ideally knowledge of SAP
  • Good command of written and spoken English and German
