Description
Ensure all the manpower, equipment, fuel and progress reports are collected on daily basis. Ensure all reports are uploaded to the online reporting system as per the cut off dates. Generate reports of data stored in the online reporting system as and when required. Coordinate and communicate with the operations team to ensure the accuracy of the resources utilization and progress quantities prior to uploading to the online reporting system. Conduct data checks with cost codes to ensure proper allocation and categorization for planning budget. Generate and send timesheets through the online portal for approval of site team and suppliers. Ability to identify various types of equipment utilized in dredging and marine civil projects. To carry out other duties and responsibilities as may reasonably be directed by their line manager. This is a generalist view of a Job that you will be assigned for — at times you may be requested to do above/beyond the scope of this role due to Operational requirements.
