About the role Contract: 12 months As a Technical Client Reporting Analyst, you’ll play a key role at the intersection of investments, data and client outcomes, supporting the delivery of accurate, timely, and high-quality reporting across a diverse suite of investment strategies. You’ll work closely with investment teams, operations and technology partners to gather, validate, and transform information into client ready deliverables, while also providing technical support on reporting tools and systems. This role offers an engaging mix of business-as-usual delivery and continuous improvement, with opportunities to contribute to automation, process efficiency and the evolution of reporting capabilities in a dynamic, fast paced environment. Key responsibilities: Deliver accurate, timely client reporting across diverse multiple asset classes. Support and optimise reporting systems and tools. Partner with internal teams to source, validate and reconcile data. Resolve client and internal queries with confidence and clarity. Support operational reporting activities including transactions and distributions. Maintain strong controls through clear processes and documentation. About you You're a proactive, detail‑oriented analyst with a strong passion for working closely with data. You thrive in deadline driven environments, take ownership of your work, and care deeply about quality and accuracy. You’re curious, collaborative, and always looking for smarter ways to deliver better outcomes for clients. You’ll bring: Experience in funds management or a comparable financial services environment. A relevant tertiary qualification in finance, business or financial services. Strong Excel capability with appreciation for data quality, controls, and reconciliation in a financial services environment. A self-starter who can think outside the box and has a passion for process improvement and automation. Clear communication skills, strong attention to detail, team player and a proactive mindset. Confidence working with internal stakeholders and supporting responses to client or business queries with clarity and professionalism.
