Responsibilities
  • Architecting individual client solutions – new challenges, new solutions, meeting with different clients to provide solutions to individual problems. You are enabling clients in their migration path to the cloud from legacy, on-prem solutions.
  • Designing solutions in Azure and creating proposals with pricing, Visio diagrams of solutions, and configuration instructions for operational deployment
  • Requirements gathering, assessments of current/existing client environment, and translating the information into a solution. This may include items related to networking, infrastructure, backup, cloud, cybersecurity, and anything else within our portfolio of services.
  • Providing sales support and subject matter expertise to our Sales team, enterprise and strategic accounts. Also, provide content for RFP responses.
  • Serving as the highest level of escalation for sales troubleshooting and providing technical sales assistance for infrastructure related solutions.
  • Providing solution demonstrations to customers on a variety of Fiserv Secure Managed Services products.
  • Leading design sessions including strategic planning design, technical review, and implementation.
  • Hosting Webinars on our current portfolio and technology to drive awareness of Fiserv’s technical expertise.
  • Creating and delivering content as a follow-up to lead generation activities.
  • Assisting Fiserv’s product team with new solutions.
  • Mentoring and training internal Fiserv resources and external client teams on specific product design, integration, configuration, and evaluation.
  • Using product expertise to contribute to the development and innovation of new specific product best practices or methods of product design, implementation, configuration, and evaluation.
