JOB DESCRIPTION:

SkillGate is a rapidly growing provider of online training and talent management solutions. We deliver content and software solutions to over 250 businesses across the UK. We are looking for an enthusiastic and technical client support manager to join our client management team.

KEY SKILLS:

  • Highly organised with some experience of managing small projects
  • Proficient in main MS Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Highly confident with Excel and data analysis
  • Accurate and clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritise own workload
  • Ability to maintain good relationships with clients
  • Some experience of web programming preferred – e.g. Javascript/Coldfusion

Responsibilities
  • Managing and supporting with system implementations
  • Managing small client-commissioned projects
  • Investigating and resolving reported problems (where possible)
  • Holding meetings with clients around technical/project related matters
  • Communication with customers through virtual meetings, email and telephone
  • Management of data transfer tasks in Excel/csv
  • Identifying commercial client opportunities
  • Writing clear specifications from customer briefs
