Responsibilities
  • Process timely quotes and sales orders for all fabrications and related products, complying with company checking procedures to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure all orders meet financial requirements (e.g. account credit or proforma payments) prior to production.
  • Input and update fabrication jobs on the Gantt chart, coordinating with production, procurement, logistics and technical teams to ensure job sequencing, material availability, timely delivery, and clear communication with customers.
  • Adjust schedules as needed to address delays, material shortages, or urgent orders, while considering changes to staff overtime and customer lead times to maintain sustainable production schedules and efficient resource use.
  • Demonstrate a customer-first mindset by responding promptly to requirements and utilising the CRM system to track leads.
  • Be mindful of company costs, striving for cost-effective solutions in all areas of work.
