Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of indirect materials, MRO items, spare parts, consumables, and business services while ensuring timely availability and cost optimization.
• Source, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard suppliers to achieve the best commercial and service outcomes.
• Conduct RFQs, RFPs, tenders, commercial evaluations, and contract negotiations in line with procurement policies.
• Manage transportation, haulier, and fleet leasing contracts to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
• Coordinate procurement of vehicle branding, fleet graphics, and related service contracts.
• Administer contractual scrap sales, disposal tenders, and vendor agreements while maximizing revenue and ensuring compliance.
• Monitor critical spare parts inventory levels and collaborate with maintenance teams to prevent stock shortages.
• Manage supplier performance through KPIs, SLAs, periodic reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare procurement dashboards, spend analysis, cost-saving reports, and management presentations.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contractual obligations, and company governance standards.
