TECHNICAL COMPLIANCE AUDITOR

Mash Direct is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Compliance Auditor to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our food production operation adheres to industry regulations and internal standards. This position involves conducting audits, analysing compliance data, and collaborating with various departments to enhance quality assurance practices. The successful candidate will work within the Technical Department to help the company reach and maintain the highest standards of food safety and compliance with regulatory and customer standards.
They will be responsible for auditing all functions across the site to ensure compliance to quality procedures and policies, customer standards and relevant legislative requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with production and operations managers to ensure understanding and thorough implementation of root cause analysis, corrective and preventative actions.
They will act as a role model in the department, promoting best practice, sharing knowledge, walking the floor to engage with staff, motivating teams, and upholding a culture aligned with the company principles and core values. They will lead improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, and problem-solving within departments, ensuring alignment with standards and adherence to safety and quality compliance.
